BCPA Fellow of 2021 is Dr. Richard Reams

Dr. Richard Reams is a Licensed Psychologist with a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Tennessee–Knoxville. He has worked with the office of Counseling Services at Trinity University for 27 years and recently became its director.

As a BCPA member, he provided the annual LGBT diversity seminars for pre-doctoral psychology interns at the Audie L. Murphy V.A. Hospital for 11 years and at UT Health San Antonio for 20 years. Additionally, he has provided LGBT professional development seminars for BCPA as well as the Brazos Valley, Fort Bend, and Houston psychological associations. His contributions and dedication to the field of psychology has impacted the lives of his students, colleagues, and the community at large. Bexar County Psychological Association is proud to name Dr. Richard Reams BCPA Fellow of the Year 2021!
